Terms and conditions apply. Flooring colors and variations may not be available depending on the season and other reasonable factors. Scheduling an in-home appointment is not a commitment or an agreement to do business. All of our in-home appointments are at no cost. An appointment may take between 45 to 90 minutes. We ask that you please be respectful and don’t have us meet someone other than the homeowner or decision-maker for the project. We will attempt to confirm your appointment the day before and the day of. If you do not confirm your appointment, the appointment will be canceled. We will not reset an appointment after any no-call no-show or last minute cancellations. What to expect:

• Once you fill out the contact form someone will reach out to you ASAP. 
• We will arrive within 10 minutes before or after your appointment time. 
• During your appointment we will measure the spaces and go over the different product options that you have. 
• Based on your selections, we will provide you a price that is good for 30 days.
